the algoritm gived like example in "advanced NN series #3" is not to a turnedOf bit2 of PPUctrl, NESdev wiki anotations do not give algoritms examples of how to fill PPU in his articles explanations, so all this stuff are not so clearly like should be, this is no good, NESdev wiki articles...

charging two screens I got to make the scroll work fine! good, but going ahead follow the NN example the nametable data of my attempt are been geting wrong, I'm trying to fill the ppu whith four .nam archives, all then appear in the screen but fliped/tuned
