NES Powerpak PAL NES, NTSC games

Would there be any way to speed up NTSC roms on a powerpak so that the speed of the gameplay would be normal and not slowed down due to the 50/60 Hertz problem??

Thanks in advance!

strange version of Yoshi's Island

So my girlfriend came home for the second hand store where she works with a copy of Yoshi's Island. It came boxed but without a manual. Now there are a couple of things really strange about this version: 1. The box and cardridge both are PAL shaped, yet they are covered with Super Famicom logo's. 2....

well even if i got a famicom, does my original AV adaptor work?

I found a famicom that looks like a NES2 (the usa top loader), do those all have AV output? and are they 60 Hertz?

Also, i know japanese games use 60 pins and NTSC/PAL games use 72, would i need a converter?

Thanks again everyone

then i guess i should order. Just one more question.

is the top loader really that mutch better than a normal NES? i mean it lacks AV out, and if you keep your game contacts clean and have a new 72 pin connector a normal NES will function well for many years right?
