Re: Perfect FDS 2C33 audio when not using actual FDS disks?
Hey Loopy, Do you still have the old firmware available somewhere? I recently updated my stick and am running into issues dumping a few disks. But they work fine in the FDS drive itself. I had the old console version that could do RAW/BIN dumps. That seems to be missing from the new version unless I...

Re: puNES Emulator
Wow thank you so much for adding the Retroarch shaders. This is by far the best choice for NES Emulation. Also I fixed my screen tearing issue although I'm not exactly sure how. It was either my reformatting of my PC and reinstalling everything or switching to 720P for my resolution. So just an idea...

Re: My experiences with InfiniteNESLives and Krikzz
My two cents if anyone cares  I understand the original poster's frustration. I've done one order with Krizz and it went off without a hitch but due to all the stuff going on in Ukraine I decided to go with Ebay resellers here in the US for the rest of his products. This has worked out well for...

Re: FDSemu - New FDS drive emulator, with menu and large fla
Just wanted to say deadbody is a standup guy. Accidentally threw the adapter he sent away and he voluntarily replaced it, despite it not even being his fault. Thanks again!

Re: puNES Emulator (ex Fnes)
Just thought I'd say I too am getting the strange screen tearing issue in Super Mario Bros. But only when I am running in full screen mode. By the time I get to 1-2 if I'm pressing forward quickly it will start tearing very badly. But windowed I never run into this. SDL and D3D versions do the same ...

I traced the connector with a multimeter and soldered the wires. It's ghetto but works. I'll take a pic and post it later.

Re: Purifying FDS Disk Dumps
Yep I'm trying to see what the differences are between sealed dumps vs dumps that have been played. I have a dumped sealed copy of Doki Doki Panic with FDS, RAW, and BIN. Was curious to compare them to see if it's really necessary to purchase sealed games for dumps.

Re: Purifying FDS Disk Dumps
Hi, I've been using Loopy's FDSStick to do dumps of some sealed games. I have gotten a fair amount so far as I want to eventually get nice clean RAW and FDS images out there instead of the mixture we have currently. Big crutch is the cost for sealed games naturally, or even finding them in the first...

Re: Perfect FDS 2C33 audio when not using actual FDS disks?
Managed to get one whipped up and I think once I'm done dumping i'll be able to salvage it for my FDS RAM Adapter. Works great! I have gotten dumps of various brand new games in both raw and FDS. The only thing I wondered about was I keep getting wrong block types with FDS dumps a majority of the ti...

Re: Perfect FDS 2C33 audio when not using actual FDS disks?
Can anybody make a cable for me and I'll buy it? I had some AV cables but none have enough pins. I'm guessing the SCART is the only one that has them.

Re: Perfect FDS 2C33 audio when not using actual FDS disks?
I went ahead and just purchased one of these. Thanks for your hard work Loopy! I mainly purchased it to dump games. With this I should be able to dump sealed games perfectly with the CRC and gap data correct? I've got a few sealed games already and may work on getting more picked up so we can have t...

Re: Reproducing Portopia
Just want to say thank you and I got this to work finally after messing with it again today. It was a combination of a bad EEPROM i believe as well as I had the wrong pin run to GND. I stupidly was counting for a 32 pin chip instead of 28 so I was off. Thanks for all your help now I can finally play...

Startropics MMC6
Hi, I have a spare StarTropics and was thinking about making it into an Earthbound but is that possible since it's MMC6? I know they're similar but didn't know if Earthbound might try something that wouldn't work with an MMC6. I'd rather not ruin a StarTropics to find out if it would work or not if ...
