Ripped out of this SRAM file.

Looked again Recca. Found one track that seems to be an uninitialized DPCM test. Also modified Track 16's DPCM delay caller, which calls the samples half a second earlier so the track doesn't sound off-synch.

Duplicated a sfx for this one (Track 3 - 61), since when you start the game you hear the incorrect duty cycle version of this sound effect.

Piece of crap memory hog... Relocated the other banks, so does not rely on bankswitching again, partially song ordered, due to the waltkhrough video online copyright claimed, and the uploader had to modify parts of it. Also restored 2 seemingly uninitialized sound effects and found the real DPCM sam...

I have a slightly updated one of that rip with the FDS bios in it.

Lookuptables are proper now, optimazed origin code by removing two JSRs that points to a bunch of NOPs.

Old rips missed the death sound effect.

More than 20 unconnected sfxs.
