Or a 5k potentiometer maybe. Anyway, thank you so much!lidnariq wrote:Sounds right.jamsblast wrote:So, instead of use a wire between pin 51 and 54, just a 1.2kΩresistor between EXP6 and mono out and is done?
It's possible you'll want to use a different size resistor, though.

Re: Expansion audio on nasa famiclone
Mmm, I didn't say that. I said that there's no need to involve pin EXP9. MMC5 (and some FC→NES converters) present audio on EXP6. Once it's on the cartridge edge, the 1.2kΩ resistor is for mixing it in with the rest of the already-downmixed audio. You'll probably want to do something different, sin...

Re: Expansion audio on nasa famiclone
If you have the EXP6 pin in the console, there is no need to additionally short it to EXP9—nothing generates audio on EXP9. Bregalad only used EXP9 because the NES-101 toploader doesn't have contacts for EXP6 at all. So, if I try with a famicom cart who has extended audio, it works on the famiclon ...

Expansion audio on nasa famiclone
Based on this topic: http://forums.nesdev.com/viewtopic.php?t=7880 If i use a wire between pin 51 (EXP9) and 54 (EXP6) on the board itself, not the cartridge , and add a 1.2k resistor between pin 51 (EXP9) and audio mono out (the one who goes to rf out and dc in board), can I get the same results as...
