Officially, I'd like to suggest everyone listen to Captain America.nsf . Nearly the entire thing is rad, but track 11 stands out as the best tech metal song I've heard the NES produce. Try and tap your hand along! Very hard. Thanks for the replies friends! Bregalad, Just Breed was fantastic! I also ...

Suggest some excellent NSF and GBS files to listen to.

Due to the sheer volume of NSF and GBS files out there, it can sometimes be a daunting task to search out which ones are the best of the best. I had at one time, sorted out a massive list of my favorite NSF files, and specifically, which tracks were my favorite (a task that took years). Sadly, this ...

Ahhh, thanks for pointing that out. Score :)

I don't want to be a stickler, but the Untouchables NSF has some problems with it. The songs don't repeat, after about a minute they just freeze on one note :(

Re: New here, saying Hi

I'll post some of my NSF's soon. I play guitar and mostly use NSF's to provide backing drum sections to some tunes I work on.
Whoa, I can't wait to hear some of your Guitar\NSF tracks :) I don't make my own NSFs, but I always record and practice guitar to existing NES NSFs. Good times.

Is it a crime to love NES music so? It leads me to post crazy things that seem awfully crazy.

Now lets all forget about this debacle and enjoy an enchanting holiday full of presents and eggnog.

YES! King, you picked all of the ones I really wanted from phase 3. Some of these games have amazing soundtracks, and to think that they were never available untill now is sad, but also exciting. It's so excellent to hear NEW tunes from the 2A03, 20 years later. So for that, I thank thee! I think I ...

5 hours! wow! They must have been insanely difficult! Well, if it's any consolation. They sound fabulous ^^; Thanks kingshriek. Just curious, how long does a normal NSF take to rip, with no problems? I've spent the last few hours coming up with some more games that don't have NSFs, added to phase 3....
