He's one of the four selectable characters in the Technos game called "Sugoro Quest - Dice no Senshitachi".

It's a weird dice rolling RPG, but it's really fun. There exists an English translation of it too. It's actually pretty witty and funny.

You know, Zophar isn't the only source for NSFs. You can find many of the ones you are looking for at this site: www.planetemu.net. Also Zophar has a couple on your list as well. The site is in french, but simple to navigate. On the right it says NES, click it, on the next page look for the word NSF...
