Bingo is done, and I decided to go through the effort of making a BIOS rip compatible with in_nez.

That 'bleep' when you startup the gameboy is going to give me more accuracy issues than the Game Genie rip did. It needs a 9 count on the FF44 register being 90. I can only get to within 8 or 10 as far as the VBlank itself is concerned, and the FF44 register doesn't work right in in_nez. I think I'm...

I say just don't feed the troll. Accidentally reading what jargon writes entices me to pour out whatever abnormal thinking patterns I get from reading the stuff. If you think you've got some sort of problem, all I can say from recent experience is to look up Alexithymia, and ask yourself if you're '...

Odd thing is that MM2 was just slightly broken, even in the best players. The effort wasn't wasted either way, so no harm done.

81897AA9 81897B?? (I've gotten 02-26 to work. 27-40 were silent.) I just edited the codes and reset the game. It starts playing on reset(and can be ripped then), or in your case, it can be edited, then reloaded into the emulator. Apparently, the address in the file(not accounting for a header) shoul...

Title C027E3?? is for the same game. It's a bit of help, because the game doesn't want to be easily ripped, but could have easier ripping if you get all the overall sections of music and a few load addresses to go with them. I'm guessing there's not really any overlap in song numbers, but I'm also n...

I did Dragon Slayer II because I forgot to check the ones you did. It took no significant time to do. Tsukikomori is actually something I'm still working on. The change that I found works, but it's not all there is. Whatever value is fed where, I'm not sure what the sure-fire music change variable i...

Mega lo Mania: In Game Music(This works on the first island. This is a tricky sound routine. Just have to hope I can get complete ones, when there's more than 1 overall song init to deal with. The above only handles 1 song variable, while this one hacks some lookup tables which, I hope, are complete...

looks like they pass a pointer to the beginning of the song in ROM Some GBS rips are rather difficult because of them using HL and potentially a bank number. 'The Flash' made quite a job of finding the lookup values, even with only 1 bank used. Wario's Woods ain't never gonna be ripped. Not as an S...

I got it as fixed as I'm likely to be able to without running through the ROM with a hex editor and yanking out the variables to replace song data with. SNES games have the potential to be very tricky with their sound routines. Since they send data to be interperted by another processor, the chances...

I'd hope to have some of the highly requested sets appear on SNESMusic, as with the number of people who apparently request certain games, there's got to be a few willing to do a bit of tagging. I'm trying to get a few hackers at GSHI to try making codes to help SPC rippers, though I'm not sure many...

As a GBS/NSF/SPC ripper, I can make my own stuff. For other formats, I can't do a thing, so I don't mind doing certain rips just because someone wants it for their collection. People have filled unspoken PSF requests(Vandal Hearts 2), and many have worked on the VGM Genesis rips at length(which I gr...
