Crazy SNES/SPC problem!
I've been trying to track this bug for 3 days now! Here's what info i have on it... this bug only appears on hardware, the rom runs fine when emulated it happens only *sometimes* when i power on, i would think its an initializing problem, but im not sure which reg could cause this.. im using nevikst...
