The 2 feasible ways to do this that I know of would be resin molding or vacuum forming. You could do injection molding, but that'd cost $20,000+, so I doubt you'd want to. IIRC, resin molding can make a good case with screw posts and everything, but the case tends to come out fragile (if you drop it...

I tried dumping a few carts (SMB and Megaman 4) and noticed that unless I powered off/on the copynes after I booted copynesw I either wouldn't get a dump at all or I'd get a corrupt dump. Not sure why this is, maybe clearing some of the copynes data. Oh yeah, and playing the cart would work fine bef...

I got one of these a bit ago, but opened it up tonight to replace the midi cable with a shorter female one.
