I'm not sure what you are asking. Do you want to play Just Breed through a 60 to 72 adapter and get extra audio, or are you making a Just Breed repro using an american/european MMC5 cart and want the extra audio ? In the first case you'll have to add a wire in your adapter and add a resistor in you...

Making a "repro" of a multicart isn't very possible unless you already have the cartridge for it's mapper which defeats the purpose. If you roll your own multicart, you'll need both software and hardware skills. Which games you want on the multicart and whether or not they'll need to be a...

Re: Making a reproduction multicart for NES?

Also how about a reproduction cart with many games of the same mapper onto one cart? If you have a droppingsload of NROM or CNROM games, you can probably mapper hack them to GNROM or Color Dreams. For example, SMB1/Duck Hunt uses a GNROM-compatible board. Or you could mapper hack them to S*ROM and ...

For same mapper multicarts it's easy, you just need a lot of 8-bit memory and to allocate a little space on the program ROM to store the menu.
I couldn't find a tutorial of making your own reproduction carts. Anyone know of one?

I got them to work after all. I updated my ROM set and the versions I am using seem to work just fine. Interestingly enough, a lot of games on the nesproduction.com site actually work on the PowerPak like Kart Fighter

Not necessarily. I couldn't get either game to work reliably on my PowerPak (and I have the latest mappers and boot rom)

Making a reproduction multicart for NES?

I was wondering if somehow making a reproduction multicart was possible? Some multicarts are rare and expensive.

Also how about a reproduction cart with many games of the same mapper onto one cart?

thanks!

Castlevania - Chorus of Mysteries/Zelda Outlands on PowerPak

anyone get these to work on a PowerPak somehow?

or perhaps someone knows how to make a cart to play these on an NES ? I have seen the NES Reproduction site with these carts, but I'd like to either get thme working on the PowerPak, or try making my own repro carts.

any help is appreciated!

little off topic but speaking of rip-offs did neoflash ever come out with theres? hell no. just like thier Mega Drive flash cart (which hasn't seen the light of day after litterally years since it's anouncement), the Neo Flash NES flash cart has had no real updates beyond some pics. Dr Neo hasn't r...

I really don't like emulation. I only play games on actual systems (with the exception of MAME - not including Neo Geo)

I may just take one for the team, buy it, test it, and report the outcome.

I believe it doesnt work. (doesnt work on most clones iirc) Just get a real nes. Wil work alot better. the appeal of this thing is it's portable. I already have an NES (with RGB mod) but I wanted something portable. especially because it's cheap and plays NES games without a cartridge converter. I ...

Anyone test an FC Mobile with a PowerPak?

I was thinking of getting one of those FC Mobile (Portable NES) units off ebay ($50 free shipping), and even though the buttons are swapped (A on the Left, B on the Right), you can't go wrong with the price and it seems like a great unit (there is a youtube video of a guy that unboxed and played it)...
