I am really thankfull, the bubble was broken (sure that I broke it desoldering the old rom chip) and didn't connect both traces (cartridge connector and sram pin) so pin D1 was floating, but now is working perfect.

I was looking for information and I found something called N64 Passport, this thing allow players to play games from Different regions, does someone know how this thing works?

I read that some games won't work, but the list is really short.

I want to transform a N64 pal cartridge to ntsc, I tried changing the CIC chip, I took the CIC from a usa's cartridge and replace it into the eur's cartrdge, but it didn't work, then I changed the rom chip ...

I have NBA 97 mask rom and it is EA-1A3M-30 board too...
I thought that the pins from the mask rom are standard for hirom and lorom carts. isn't taht right?

fifa 97 is a lorom with 64 k (8KB) sram, EA-1A3M-30 board, about the pinouts I did connect all the pins that are the same and connected we# from the flash memory together with oe#.
