Do you mean Skipp and Friends? That uses streaming samples for most sound effects as far as my knowledge goes.

I've come up with a few general pointers for some successful conversions to SPC: 1. Do not go over 64 patterns, 'lest your SPC crash. 2. Try not to go over 40,000 for a sample length total. Go over and you're OK... just be cautious, as you won't be able to use all 64 patterns without going over the ...

Okay after some quick hacking some SPC song. I hope Alpha-II based SPC players are accurate - I'd have to test it on my SNES when I get time to do it. It seems a negative feedback makes a high-pass filter, and a positive feedback makes a low pass-filter. Having the main enabled as well change thing...

Oh, you mean the forums on snesdev.net? To my knowledge, that's gone. I was a member on the forums there.

There is a forum in NeoFlash for SNES development that I recently found.

Hey dr_sloppy, I'm impressed by the sound for Cute Angel(a). Some of those tunes I can actually recognize from Astrohawk 2003 Edition (Paul Lay actually assisted you with the sound according to the credits! That's nice.), but some of the other stuff are tunes that I didn't hear. Nice large soundtrac...

The same person that made XMSNES, eKid/mukunda, also made another audio driver that does IT files. That would be SNESMod.

More info (go to SNESMod)

If any of you have heard the music for Cutthroat Island for the SNES, then the music shows just how much quality goes into the music for the SNES when the folks at Software Creations make the music.

I'm sorry, it is after 30 minutes As for bad vg musics, I want to say Kablooey for SNES, but at the same time, it kinda makes me chuckle a little bit. Who is this person who's so intent on me "getting ready" all throughout the main theme? gegegeget rrrready. Get rrrready. geget rrrrready....

I've got tunes with bad notation for the SNES, the sequel to the NES. Here are my tunes that I believe had terrible notation: Oscar (SNES) - Horror Set Packy and Marlon (SNES) - House 4 (from SNESMusic.org SPC set) Zenkoku Juudan Ultra Shinri Game - Info Screen (from SNESMusic.org SPC set) In Packy ...

I don't know if you're accounting for English only sites or more than one language (which would include the Japanese ones in this case)...

Hate to admit it, but nope. There is more than one site with SPC sets... so it could be next to impossible to do so.

OK, so Universal Solider might be a no-go... :( Well, I was curious anyways because I actually don't seem to mind whether the music is good or bad... but I've run into bad ones, which are mainly ones that have terrible notation. However, the notation's only terrible if the music really sounds bad......

Got another first-note sticking problem. The game is Shin Togenkyo, full name in SNESMusic.org as Sityusuimeigaku Nyumon Shin Togenkyo (四柱推命学入門 真桃源郷). This appears to be fixable, becuase a patch meant for Gourmet Sentai Bara Yarou actually had some effect... it made a tune play two notes, although s...

Yeah, I recall that... sometimes it's in numerals you don't see, though, in actual gameplay.
