Re: CopyNES (parallel port ver) on Windows 7 64 bit
OK, I finally got it working on Windows XP. Quietust updated CopyNESW as that appeared to be part of the problem. The release note for the latest version is quoted below. >Another minor update, this one actually loads plugin data from disk correctly and thus should actually work again. I also bought...

Re: CopyNES (parallel port ver) on Windows 7 64 bit

Well, I ended up booting into dos on an old 486 laptop I've got and running the copynes program off a floppy disk. This is a bit annoying as it takes forever to copy stuff to and from floppy disks. Anyway, the one odd thing I've noticed is the Copynes program allows you to write wram to a cart, but ...

We have the source code to both the working (BASIC) software and the non-working (Copynesw) software. Wouldn't it be best just to port that feature over? As an aside, thanks to both KH and Q for publishing their source code - this is exactly the reason why it makes sense to do so. Actually, that wo...

Power Pack Lite and Copynes
I've got a Power Pak Lite I'm trying to use with a V1.0 parallel CopyNES with Flash Mod. The problem is my laptop Has Windows XP. I can get the CopyNES to dump and play carts with CopyNESw.exe but it doesn't have support for the Power Pak Lite. Kevin's Qbasic Nesdump3.bas program has support for the...
