I've considered building it before, but I decided not to because I didn't have a parallel port to use with it. Recently though, I bought an old Thinkpad 560 that has a parallel port and could interface to the cart reader. If you're interested in building it and have the know how, I would be intrigue...

I'd like to confirm that Mottzilla's BS Zelda works with the new mappers. :) I bet that other variants will work as well, but I've not tested them extensively. EDIT: Just finished testing BS The Legend of Zelda Ancient Stone Tablets week 1 with the latest mappers. To get saving working, you'll need ...

I remember reading about this before. It looks like a neat project. If you simply just want to read and write to your carts SRAM, you can try looking here: www.retrode.com The retrode lets you play your SNES and Genesis carts on your PC. With the SNES feature, you can have your emulator save directl...

I want to confirm that my SanDisk Ultra II 2.0GB (formatted to FAT) and Lexar 4GB Platinum II 80X (formatted to FAT32 and DMA=0) work with the 1.03 update. I also have a SanDisk Extreme III 4GB 30MB/s card, but it doesn't work with FAT or FAT32 formatting. That's not a huge issue though. Prior to th...

When I boot the card, it says I have 1.02. However, I get a DSP1 not installed message and an SDRAM error message. I read that this could be caused by my system configuration, but it could also be from an incompatible compact flash card. I have a Sandisk Ultra II 2.0GB compact flash card, but I'd be...

My SNES PowerPak just arrived today in the mail and I am waiting until I return to school to test it. I was getting stuff ready to copy over to my compact flash card and it appears as though the latest SNES PowerPak bootrom isn't available for download. The link exists, but it just redirects to the ...

Nether, its not gonna happen. I suppose for the very small number of games requiring the SuperFX chip, it wouldn't be a very cost effective addon/addition to implement. I'm very happy with DSP 1 support though. For the SPC playback, I wouldn't think it would be too hard to make work. It would just ...

You should be able to convert the saves from Game Doctor or Super Wild Card to work the the SNES PowerPak using ucon64. Also, if I remember correctly, I think that emulator saves will work without modification with the SNES PowerPak. I just ordered a SNES PowerPak yesterday so I will confirm my sugg...
