I don't really use trackers nor do I post here much, but I was talking to chibitech last night and there may be some things to watch out for with N163 emulation in the long run... It's possible that an authentic int...

Use EP macros when you want to activate/deactivate looped noise in a macro.

I ran into a similar issue on an experiment in the summer. Very long envelopes will eventually begin pulling data from the next (I assume) designated area of data whether there's things you put there or not. I found that putting a smaller envelope between 2 huge ones alleviated this. However I don't...

On the other side it would have been possible to reserve memory for a repeat location stack, so you can repeat repeats, as many times as the stack allows it. But it'll quickly take a lot of memory if you have to do it for all channels. XPMCK does that, but it only allows up to two levels. I noticed...

Very late to this but thank you for sharing this video. This is going to help when crafting shared tones between main and expansion channels.

I recall seeing some videos of some Famicom adventure games that had this recently. I had thought it was the FDS output, but it sounds like a pack of very finite samples strung together to make words...

aha, I completely missed this!

Was trying to surf for more untranslated info regarding the @t command on one of BouKiCHi's modifications to PPMCK...

Doommaster, you need to call the patch using @@, NOT @N, even though you DO define it as @N. It's rather silly.

With actions like attacks, as long as the action has some sort of exaggeration going from either slow anticipation/wind up > fast motion or a quick swing > slow recoil/follow through, it's fine. I'm sure not many people would enjoy to play a game where you have to crouch and compress for almost a se...

Very cool! When you said that, it made me wonder if anyone has attempted to make music out of modem signals. Not a remix, but software hacks to send tones to the thing, kinda like how some very very old computers sent signals to separate radio speakers to hear simple music....
