ok thanks james, guess the best thing to do is go back and find the last release to play it right, then go back and compare the 2 files and see what/if anything changed. i wonder if the ninja gaiden bug would be the same as the medusa/cross bug in castlevania 1. ill keep an eye out for anything new ...

so this needs to be added into the nstdatabase zip file you mean? and the rom needs to be patched with an ips pather before right? or do you mean softpatching. interestingly enough soft patching does work for some konami games in nestopia but not others. lol. :P but id love to play dragon scroll tra...

yea, i got past the error so i started over, now im getting LNK errors for some reason.

its saying the same thing is defined twice. haha. wth. :P

it says LNK2005 private: unsigned int_fastcall already defined in nstnamcot163.obj

the error is:

on these 3 lines of code :

in nstnsf.cpp it says cannot access protected member in class....

i tried to add the namcot files you changed and im getting errors....it brings up an error in nfs.cpp for some reason. pretty strange, you didnt have any errors compiling that plasturion?
