Ok billybob2236 that means you program your 29f032 before soldering it to the pcb. Mine is used to program the 29f032 already soldered on the pcb. In other words, the zif 32 represents the pinout of my willem adapter and the dip 40 3M universal zif socket represent the snes maskrom leading to the 29...
