That's really great to hear. Did any of you guys have problems with e-mail communication? (unanswered and such) Thanks :!:

Thank you very much for the reply :) I'm really glad to hear the cart IS SuperGB compatible. That's unfortunate about the saves. I have a Mac myself and I never have luck running 'Parallels' for Windows startup so I was a bit wary about having to use a Windows app to flash the cart. I like PCs and M...

Gameboy Flashcart Development

Hi! So far it's been pretty easy finding great flash carts for all of the Nintendo systems except the old Gameboy. I know of this card: http://kitsch.bigcartel.com/product/usb-64m-smart-card but I'm also in the market for something I can pop into my Super Gameboy adapter for the SNES. In which case ...

Castlevania III on NES PowerPak

Okee dokee, so I answered my own question last time, but this time, not so much :) I've been reading up on Castlevania III and the long and winding road folks have followed to run it with their PowerPaks. I got the Japanese version to run just fine, but the music doesn't play correctly and I really ...

You may be right. I have the latest mappers on my Pak but today when I went to load Kirby I could only past a screen or two. Heck, the first time it froze up was on the 'how to draw Kirby' intro  Anyway, I replaced one mapper and it ran flawlessly after that, though the mapper was not from loop...

It's a mapper issue. Replace Map04 with this one:

http://home.comcast.net/~olimar/NES/powerpak_mmc3_1.zip

and Kirby works just fine!

Kirby's Adventure and the NES PowerPak

Hi! Please forgive me because I know I have read the answer to this somewhere before, possibly here, within the past two weeks. But I can't find it with my search queries to here I go :D I have an NES PowerPak and I really like it, but I'm having trouble getting Kirby's Adventure to run, even with L...

Interesting. Thanks for your reply!
The item I ordered was in stock and not back-ordered at all, so it's a bit strange to me that it hasn't gone out. But I'm glad to hear you got your orders okay

I've got my eye on an SD2SNES, but it's back-ordered.

Retrogate Store

Hi! I was wondering if any members here had any experiences ordering from retrogate, the store in Germany that deals in different flashing equipment. I placed an order with them almost 4 days ago. It was billed immediately but has yet to ship. Does this sound pretty standard? I'd like to pre-order s...

Thanks, Ramsis! I really appreciate you taking the time to help. My SanDisk cf card arrived today. Its the same one you pictured, actually. I was very hopeful, but it simply didn't work. I couldn't get past the boot screen. The error message claimed there was on odd amount of space on the card. I re...

Thanks, man! You've been very helpful! I placed an order from one just the other day and it should arrive in the mail sometime tomorrow.

Quick question. Would a buggy CF card allow some games to run perfectly and others to, well... barely run at all? Thank you again!
