Re: AX5202P MMC3 clone pinout?
Hey guys, I just stumbled upon this shop: http://www.muramasaentertainment.com/index.php/nes-txrom-basic.html It was recommended by me by youtube. I still think the clones are somewhat unreliable. That guy seems to be confident enough to sell them. And no, thats not neither my shop nor do I know the...

Re: NROM-Repro (Homebrew) help
ah, thanks a lot! I tied pin 1 to hole 27 and pin 27 to pin 28 - at both prg and chr, just to be sure. Works fine now!lidnariq wrote:The AT28C256 puts A14 on pin 1 instead of on pin 27, where the cartridge expects it to be, so you'll need to do a tiny bit of rewiring for the PRG.
Thanks again!

NROM-Repro (Homebrew) help
Hey there guys! I'm puzzled. I'm trying to do a repro of the homebrew Lan Master. It's free to download (do it, it's awesome espcially if you like Pipe Dreams!) Nevertheless: I got a NROM-256 as a donor: http://bootgod.dyndns.org:7777/profile.php?id=1470 ...and two AT2 8 C256. I used famirom to spli...

Will I be able to play with my friends in denmark with this piece of hardware?
Furthermore - is there any option to convert this into a volery?

I second that.MottZilla wrote:I got my kazzo yesterday along with my NES and SNES flash boards. It takes only a little bit of time to figure out what you're doing with the software and after that it's awesome.

Re: How to connect this 16bit adapter?
Thanks for the hint!
I made a quick diagram:

I'll try to connect the cable an write the eprom - if it fails, I'll just swap it around and see if it works
Thanks!

How to connect this 16bit adapter?
Hey there, I bought an 16bit adapter but I'm not sure how to cennect it to my willem. Maybe you guys have a clue: Below U3 are the pins which are locked into the ZIF socket. http://www.jensma.de/upload/files/XQDQS8Ew__DSC_0457.jpg This is the adapter: http://www.jensma.de/upload/files/AY2G7pqP__DSC_...

Re: Will Dragon Quest VI fit on a 27C322?
Mhh, I can't find any information about the adapter's pinout. It seems that I have to use a multimeter to check the pinout. I'll ask over in the willem board - thanks for your help

Re: Will Dragon Quest VI fit on a 27C322?
Woah, thanks a ton!
I have a willem programmer, is it able to write the rom to the 29F032B on the adapter? I do have a 16bit-adapter for the willem. Sorry for the noobish question, but it's my first 32bit-cart :S
I can't find the 29F032B in the "Device Select"-Menu, too o_O

Re: Will Dragon Quest VI fit on a 27C322?
Ack, I have no idea how to build that :/ Too bad, the Dragon Quest will remain Japanese then :/ (btw, my friend is in Japan and asked me if he should send me a game - "of cource", I said, "but please choose a game without much text".. Gna :( There aren't any tutorials for this, a...

Will Dragon Quest VI fit on a 27C322?
Well, the title says it all :) A friend gifted me a japanese Dragon Quest VI for the SUper Famicom. Well, unfortunatly I don't speak any japanese, so I want to solder an english translated Version to it. I made some repros before but never did a game this "big". I'm quite unsure about the ...

Re: Earthbound Zero on 27C256
Use 29F040 or 28F020. They are both on eBay for less than 4USD each with shipping. Thanks for the hint - I built Erthbound Zero today with two 27c020. Next time I'll use Flash ROMs :) If you're looking for a source other than eBay for whatever reason I would recommend Futurlec . They have decent pr...

Re: Earthbound Zero on 27C256
You need a 27C020 for both sides. You can't put both PRG and CHR in the same chip though, it has to be 2 chips. Yep, I know :) You can use FLASH (29F) instead of EPROM (27C). It is cheaper. Mhh, yeah, you're right. I never thought about that, I always used eproms for repros. And my willem seems to ...
