Thank you for your respond but i dont think im capable of doing this - so then there will be no x3/x2 switching on my module if not someone already made a patch...

Im sorry to dig out this thread - but i tried to put an X2 Rom on a X3 PCB....
I cant find the position in the rom .. @ 0x007f50 there is only FFFF FFFF ....
has someone successfully patched the rom?

i have several 2A3B PCB laying around and im asking myself if i can just put a 16Mbit TSOP in Maskrom1(U1) and leave Maskrom2(U2) empty?
For example: Parallel World? (LoRom 64k)
Will this work and is there any wiring needed on the 74LS?

Hi! I might have to change a broken Ram GM76C28.. For the Rom Pinout i always use http://jensma.de/nesrepro/ Which tells me for my SNROM 512 - 27c040 (bin made with famirom, written with tl866) i have to lift/rewire Pin 1, 2 , 24, 30 and 31 Is this right so far? Hi Guys! Im kind of new to this reproduction stuff... i have a Dragon Quest 3 Game and wanted to make it a Dragon Warrior 3 (as my japanese is lacking) But my PCB is a SNROM with a 256 Maskrom and DW3 is a SUROM with a 512k Maskrom. Is there any newbie friendly tutorial on how to do this? rgds dario
