I confirm it works using the bsnes-mcfly.exe --fullscreen command line.

I confirm launching to fullscreen works with bsnes_v106r44-windows.
I tried renaming from .dll to .exe and launching one of them but it still doesn't work :/

Your hotkeys work when I’m using my actual keyboard but when I use an automated script (which basically send key inputs) then it doesn’t work.. is there something else you want me to try??
