I can confirm that I have exactly the same issue as gabo12 when I hold A button it hangs on unlaunch screen latest release and dsixl 1.4.5e. Had same problem on v0.9. when I hold A and Up button it stays on red too. Also a weird issue when running DSiware renamed to boothis.dsi on the root of the SD...
