KS-201 is a custom ASIC. This PCB's schematic won't be reusable.

Have you tested the 74xx parts and RAM that you've removed and made sure they worked by themselves? The only other thing on your PCB is the chip-on-board mask ROM (Assumption: "HM1M28" means "1 megabit ROM with 28 pins")

Weird board. Input pins of KS201 seems to be connected in the same maner as in Castle Vania 1, except that:
*pin16=CPU/ROMSEL
*pin17= I have no idea, either CPU-A14 or CPU-/A14
Output pits of KS201 seems to be shifted by one bit, but I'm not sure. Its pin 21 is surely used for something, but no idea for what.


Mirroring controlled by $8000-$ffff.0, as stated here by this overcomplicated circuit.


No idea what was the role of two unpopulated DIP28 chips. I **think** that maybe they are intended to be used for two 27512 64kB EPROMS instead onf one DIP28 128k MASK ROM, but the first chip has 1=A15, 20=/CE, 22=/OE not conneted to anything,

And also the 7474 used in its forbidden configuration to act as a inverter.

If it does not work, probably PRG ROM blob is broken, try to read it back in Kazzoo
