How do I get NSF2MIDI to play noise and PCM using Microsoft wave table synthesizer?

Some parts of the noise channel (& if I recall correctly the PCM channel) will play. But I know what you're talking about; it doesn't play everything.

I've noticed also that the triangle doesn't play on some Technos games like Super Spike V'Ball & World Cup Soccer.

The VRC7 also does not work. As far as I tried none of the noise or PCM works.
