My first graphic in ROM

Post by rethunter3000 »

For the first time, I was able to write an assembler program with my graphics. This video made it possible to do this, where the work of the graphics chip in NES is very clearly explained with examples.

You have some garbage at the top part of the screen because of uninitialized RAM. You can see it in Mesen by going to Emulation Settings -> Advanced and then set "Default power on state for RAM" to "Random Values" to randomize uninitialized RAM. Reset the game after the change to see it.
