Does anyone know how MediaWiki decides whether or not to draw a Table of Contents infobox on a wiki page? I've been trying to move the definition of the "Tile Layer" program to the top of the page here (below the title), like where the definition for things is on most of the other wiki pages, which did work:
https://www.nesdev.org/wiki/Tile_Layer
But when I tried to delete the "What is it?" section (because we don't need it anymore) the preview shows me that doing so destroys the infobox.

Yes thanks it does sound like MediaWiki auto-generates the TOC when you have three or more headings. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't accidentally deleting something, on second thought probably isn't worth having the TOC around on tiny articles anyway.
