You're looking for the case alone? Retrousb is your only option currently. I don't believe they have black though. You'd probably have to paint them to get black.

There are no blank cartridges currently. Nintendo stopped manufacture of the cartridge shells back in the 90s and no one other than RetroZone has since produced anything quite like them. Perhaps you could get an alternative that looks like one but is something else.

Another option would be to buy used games nobody wants for $2 or less, and them remove all the boards and labels yourself. Most will probably not look like new, though.

That's an interesting alternative... You could make a mold from a real cart and use some cheaper material to produce copies. An art student or someone who works with props might be able to help you with this.

Yes, since you don't need ones with functional screws or anything, it'd probably be easiest just to make a resin mould. There's lots of videos/tutorials on how to do this.

Albeit fragile, a silicone mold and plaster casting would probably be pretty legit.
