Cant find this game's music

Hello i need help to find out a game's name according to
Super HIK 7 in 1 pirated cartridge selection screen it says jungle strike but in the game title it says desert storm and i cant even find the game on internet as an introduce page or an OST pack.. i want its music so bad and can you help me out ? also if there is a guide to make nes music with nes souns effects can somone lead me to a topic
