State of the art in netplay

I'm looking for play testers for my compo entry. But because it's two-player, and I'm not aware of a large pool of other NES fans in Fort Wayne, Indiana, I'd have to test over the Internet. Which reasonably-accurate NES emulators support netplay where one side is on Windows and the other (my side) is on Windows or Linux?
