VS Upright Arcade, $400?

Vs Super Mario Bros cabinet with Mario Tennis, Hogans Alley, Baseball, Excitebike, Goonies. Good condition, for $400 dollars. At first I thought it was a good deal, but after reading up on it a bit it seems that they don't go for much. I also don't know if they other games come with the PPUs they need. Thoughts? Maybe I should knock it down $50?
