Is there any place (website/service) that I can have my app download cover art dynamically on demand?

Old versions of Amarok would scrape cover art by searching on Amazon, but this has obvious failure modes.

Yeah, like returning Mike Oldfield cover art for things that aren't by Mike Oldfield.

Bootgod's db has cover art for about 700 titles, which are all identifiable by PRG & CHR hashes. You'd want to talk to him on how you can harness that without hammering his stuff though.
