I am having trouble understanding your post, but I'm guessing you're saying you built a reproduction of Tengen Tetris using an Arkanoid board, and it doesn't work...
Kevtris says that
800008 is equivalent to
NINA-03. But undersize NINA-03 with only 32 KiB PRG is compatible to CNROM, so that can't be it.
CNROM is simple enough, and Tengen's Tetris doesn't seem to have any data stored in CHRROM: you've probably got a connectivity problem. Consider trying burning Galaxian or some tinier test.
(p.s.: consider including your native language as well as the machine translation. It'll make it easier to understand if the translation is inadequate)

These NINA boards have their writable register at $4100, while this Tengen board has it at $8000. It's like GNROM with the PRG bit moved down to bit 3, but in the only extant game, the subset used is indeed equivalent to CNROM.
