NROM famicom boards

Does anyone know a sure fire way to tell if an NROM famicom board is without a doubt not a "blob top?" I've found a few inside some Golf's but most of them are blob tops.

If you have physical access to 20 or 30 of the same cart, you can always just check by weight. globs are the lightest, of course.
This is also a good way to pick up joint boards (Funcoland guys thought I was crazy for wanting the heaviest copy of Hogan's Alley they had).
