Just thought I would add this post. I mated my adapter to a Mario Kart. It (amazingly) fit.

Interesting that some of the hacks don't work on real HW...

Which particular hacks are you talking about? I've made several Mario Kart hacks onto cart and they all work fine.

The "Mario Kart 8" and the Pro vers 1.1 errors on me (as shown in the video).
Turbo is the only other one I tried and it didn't work either (also in video).

Is there a top 8 games? Most popular?

Is there a place where the MK patches can be found? A singular place?

Also, how important is the save ram to MK players? Does it just retain high score or a better benefit to game continuation at a later date?

Weird Super Mario Kart Pro and Super Mario Kart 8 work fine for me, using a single 27c801 (swapbin) to replace the MaskROM though.

For ROM hacks and translations I visit http://www.romhacking.net

Markfrizb wrote:The pcb's have arrived. I've tested a random 10 and they work! So now I need to do a write up and a how-to-use it (although some of the videos will show some of that)

I am leaving for vacation tomorrow (Saturday) so I won't be able to ship until I get back. I have 200 pcb's total but I only plan on selling 100-150 of them.
Price is $15 each. The pcb's are ready to use as is. If you want socket strips, then add $1 for 4. It doesn't come with roms. Acquisition of the roms and programming will be your responsibility.

Please read previous posts on features and check out the videos also.

Mark the work you have done on these boards is nothing short of amazing my friend.

Bringing in low voltage ROMS adds other problems. Mainly level shifters are needed along with voltage regulators.

This PCB in this thread is no longer available. Moved on to complete Pcbs.
