I find some pictures here

and as far as I can see, it is quite similar to this famiclone BBK http://helloacm.com/the-8-bit-dos-by-famicom-clone-bbgdos-in-the-1990s/
The DOS are quite similar.
You can see from the screenshot,, both DOS are written in 1997 by this guy R.C Tang..
It would be nice to get one of these famiclones, it seems so interesting!
