Maybe take a hex editor, find blocks from the NSF that match in the ROM file, then replace with blocks in the same place from the other ROM file? Unless it's a more elaborate rom hack that actually rebuilds the game.

Mega Man Super Fighting Robot (Incomplete). Please, add missing tracks!

Bumping an old post but is there any way to get the rest of the tracks for Mega Man: Super Fighting Robot, that are missing? It's missing about an additional 15 or so tracks. How does someone go about extracting that as it's a standalone file and not a rom.

Can't.
The fangame only includes the music already converted to ogg, and who knows where the NSF above came from. Your only possible option is to find the composer and hope they still have the FTM available.
