Funny road sign

I encountered randomly a really funny road sign.

I already saw some Mario street art in a few places, but that's the first time I see it on a road sign

Its actually really simple what it means.

If you exit a green pipe as frog Mario do NOT jump over the red turtle. You may collect the 4 coins if you wish.

Seriously now, where/what/how all spring to mind?
