Can I use a SHVC-1J3M-11 board to make Crimson Echoes?

Hello again,
I have a couple of 1J3M-11 boards laying around. I noticed that they have 32 pin maskroms, but have 36 pins sockets on the board.
I've provided a picture as well for reference. Can I use this with the DIP36-TSOP board without any modifications?

First of all, as far as I know Crimson Echoes is 6MB in total, so you'll have to use 29F032 (4MB) + 29F016 (2MB). It is possible but the 2nd rom should be attached on the back and /OE pins have to be connected to pins #01 and #16 on MAD-1. It is possible but requires some extra work and experience

Thanks for the info. What about a regular 32 megabit game and a single 29F032?

It should work just fine. The adapter was already intended to match this exact board. Just program your 29F032 and put some HIrom game on it (4MB max) and simply place it to the board and solder it. No additional work is required
