Sprite Priority Issue

It seems I've caused a minor sprite priority issue with a game I'm hacking. Hacking sprites has never really been my forte and was hoping I could get some advice on how to fix the problem. Just for context, the sprite doesn't appear through the box at all times, just a specific instance when you buy something.
