Exactly right above my head!
OK...
There was an explosion, It's smoke was blue.
Then it went up...
Three or Four times...
It exploded successively...
By the time I prepared my camera, everything had been finished.
Suddenly it fell down with a sound similar to TOP.
From the sound I understand that it hit the mud.
The I noticed here...
It penetraed to the mud for about half of a meter.
I searched the mud and I found sth.
Then I take it out and washed it completely.
It was a black stone...
Turn it around...
On Wednesday night July 22 just above the eastern horizon at about 10:45 PM Central Time (US & Canada) I saw a bluish-green colored meteor streak downward. At the time I was riding as a passenger in the car looking out at the night sky. I made a note of it because of that strange blue almost green color.
Oh I was expecting that we would see it fall on the video... what a disappoint.
And yeah it's not that big, but I certainly wouldn't have liked to have it hurt me at a high speed. I think it's the season during July and August there is a lot of "shooting stars" (aka meteors) and it's extremely unlikely the hit earth without disaggregating.
As far I know the only record of an individual who died by being hit by a meteor is a dog in Egypt.
