EZ Flash IV
I'm looking to buy on of these, and I was wondering where can I get the software for it. Also what is the difference between this and Supercard Mini SD? Can I use the R4 for the PassMe? And what else do I need to know about this?
Re: EZ Flash IV
You probably want Gbatemp or Pocketheaven for these kind of questions.
Passmes are an obsolete concept that dates back to before NDS cards could run software off of them, and they instead had to reroute the boot address to the GBA slot. With any kind of NDS code running, jumping to the GBA slot is trivial.

I was going to recommend PH but isup.me says it's down.
Someone who wants to use the same CF/SD card for GBA and DS software, (ObNES) such as PocketNES and nesDS, might use a SLOT-1 card in what's called "NoPass" mode. This contains a DS program that jumps to SLOT-2. MAX Media Launcher by Datel is such a NoPass, as are some DS flash adapters if no microSD card is inserted.
Or it might be harder to get an R4 past certain countries' customs, making use of FlashMe (custom DS firmware that allows use of a PassMe-compatible GBA cartridge in SLOT-2 with no SLOT-1 card) more practical. This requires a PassMe or NoPass for initial installation and a screwdriver to open the battery door and bridge SL1.
SuperCard requires that some GBA programs be patched not to use fast ROM mode. Commercial GBA games use fast ROM, but SuperCard supports only slow ROM. (M3 supports fast ROM though.) Small GBA homebrew games are likely to not care; in fact, quite a few just load themselves entirely into RAM. DS programs also run from RAM.

Re: EZ Flash IV
The software is still available on the website: http://www.ezflash.cn/downloads/
If you do get a hold of one of these, I would recommend changing the skin: http://ezflash4.tumblr.com/
My little review/tutorial.

I have an ez flash iv, which is the 2015 new Microsd/ sdhc version. Judging from its performance, I think it may be the best flashcart for gba roms. As it has good gba compatibility and stability.
The supercard dstwo is a great flashcart for ds games.
