Looking for homebrew games...

I'm looking for homebrew games, specifically ones where the authors/law won't mind them being used on emulators. I know this is weird, but it is for testing programs called learnfun and playfun and I want to make sure I am not breaking any us laws. Anyway I figured if someone would know of a homebrew game like that it would be on a site like this.
