HVC-EW1ROM-01?

Hi guys, I was just going to do a Just Breed out of a Sangokushi II board, but the board is a little bit unusual.
It's a HVC-EW1ROM-01 PCB and the PRG MaskROM is named "KOE-XL-1 PRG EW1".

I can't find it on bootgod, but have any of you seen it before?

Looks like kz_s mentioned finding it in other Sangokushi 2 boards:

HVC-EW1ROM-01 and HVC-EWROM-01 (at least) PRG ROM is different pinout
HVC-EW1ROM-01 and HVC-EWROM-01 (at least) wiring around the PRG-ROM is

If you post good enough pictures, we can compare to HVC-EWROM and see what differs.

Resizing and distorting your pictures and overlaying them to the reference images on NesCartDB, the only difference I see is:

On EWROM, MMC5 pin 74 = PRG /CE connects to PRG pin 31. On EW1ROM, it connects to PRG pin 22. On EW1ROM, PRG pin 31 is +5V. On EWROM, I can't tell, but it looks like PRG pin 22 is grounded.
