nesrgb colours wrong using RGB/YUV although composite works

After having successfully installing a nesrgb in my FamicomAV, I wanted to put one in a clean pal NES I have. After finishing installation + installing the component board I was surprised to see really strange colours when using component and off-colours using scart RGB ouput, but composite from the nesrgb board is perfect. I have checked continuity for all 40 ppu pins theyre good (except the EXT ones which go off to various chips on the nesrgb board).
If anyone can point me an idea of what either I might have done wrong, or if the nesrgb board is the one causing this problem it would be much appreciated. Pretty sure all the soldering is good, I ensured I saw the solder flowing and looking shiny on each solder joint.

Thanks for any assistance - there is a PDF attached showing pics of component / rgb / composite screen shots using all 3 palettes. (my palette choice was solder G and 1 together and use the provided 3 way switch)

Component: The Pr and Pb signals aren't connected properly. Only luma is being transmitted, and some other vaguely correlated signal (perhaps power supply noise) is the only thing on the PrPb. Hence purple (Pr=Pb < 0) and green (Pr=Pb > 0) only.

RGB SCART: By whatever means, blue isn't connected.

thanks lidnariq and Tim Worthington for both replying to me ! The problem with the YUV was that the power or GND on the YUV board was not soldered all the way through  and the problem with the RGB Blue line was that the DIN connector I was using was not effectively poking into my Framemeister, Ive replace the connector and it all works nicely now.

Thanks again for the help guys ! These nesrgb's just look amazing and are fun to install too :) win-win
