Nevermind. This is a closer match I'm sure. And it's cheaper.

... to replace a broken one on the mainboard? Yeah, the Timekeeperâ„¢ RAM is wrong for a bunch of reasons
1- it's 0.6", not 0.3", and I don't know whether all revisions of the mainboard support both widths
2- eight locations in memory are constantly being updated by the on-chip battery and crystal driver with clock data.

Here is what I put in my famicom, worked great. MB8416A-15L-SK DIP24 IC (5x for 9.50 isn't bad either)

oooh. 5Pcs for $7. Nice. No I've got a project rattling around in my head. I'm thinking about trying to hand wire a custom NES. Since most of the parts are off the shelf I figured I could get the majority of them without murdering an NES.
