any public files to have new NES or SNES PCBs made?

any public files to have new NES or SNES PCBs made?
I have found many gameboy and a few genesis but never those two. does anyone know of any?

What we have are schematics. Famicom schematics have been available for a while, and I don't know about SNES ones.
From schematics, though, a board must be laid out and a bill of materials drawn up. These are a considerable but not insurmountable effort. Most of this sort of work is kept private. The Analogue NT uses a new PCB design for the NES, using old Famicom parts for the PPU and CPU. Sourcing new CPUs and PPUs is the challenge. You will have to source your favorite clones, which may or may not have compatibility issues.

I think it's because most people who can actually design a cart, can also figure out how to do a board outline.
