ADP-054 suddenly doesnt work anymore?

I have used this to burn about 15 Sega Genesis eproms. Randomly I went to blank check the next eprom and it failed the check instantly. Tried again on the next chip and every chip now fails. There has to be a reason for it, I don't imagine it's just randomly so dead that I need to order a new one. This is the exact readout

If I put a blank eprom in I can actually do a READ and it reads as empty but blank check still fails. if I try to write an empty eprom it fails

I have one left if you do need one. Just PM me. I never really liked Willem / GQ Programmers. They are very unreliable and its adapters are even worse.

Thanks anyways, I ended up just ordering another but wanted to find out if there was a way to fix the old one, maybe a commonly known issue that happens with them
