planned nesdev.com outage

Nesdev.com will be down for a while tonight starting around midnight MST for server migration.

during this time, the database and other wiki/forum files will be mirrored over and the IP assigned to a new server. the actual migration should go fast but the ARP entries on the core router will take a little while.

everything should now be back up. https should now be working as well :)
