I think you just have to put a solder bridge where you cut traces wrong, and remove the wires where you removed wrong wires.
I ask myself if there is NES-TKROM-01 boards with all pins present (as in NES-TSROM-01) gaining all the mess with the battery (just replace it).
Else, I'd still go for a TKROM board and try to glue some contact on the connecotr for the R/W pin, drk144 at least had done this succesully.
